These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the "QuexiVerse" app (www.quexiverse.com). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
2. AI-generated content (Disclaimer)
The user acknowledges that substantial parts of this app's content are generated by artificial intelligence (AI).
- Inaccuracy: AI can "hallucinate" and present false or misleading facts. We do not guarantee the accuracy of quiz questions and answers.
- No advice: The content is for entertainment only and does not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, etc.).
3. Virtual goods (Energy & Premium)
The app uses a virtual currency system ("Energy"). Energy is not real money and has no monetary value. We reserve the right to change the parameters for energy top-ups and consumption at any time.
4. Premium subscriptions & payment terms
Free trial: Premium subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial without any charges.
Billing: After the trial ends, the subscription becomes paid and is billed monthly or yearly depending on the selected plan.
Payment processing: Payments are processed via Stripe (Stripe Inc., USA). Stripe processes your payment data according to the PCI DSS standard. We do not store credit card data.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refunds are issued only in cases of technical errors on our side or as required by statutory withdrawal rights (14-day right of withdrawal for consumers).
5. User obligations & content
Users agree not to send unlawful, offensive, or discriminatory inputs (prompts) to the AI. The user grants us a simple, unrestricted right of use to the quiz content they initiate for providing the service.
6. Liability for content
We are only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. Liability for the correctness of AI-generated content is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Users will be informed in advance of material changes.
